The courier however never arrived at the time they gave and then said that they had delivered it to me when I was 30 miles away! They had in fact left on the floor outside my home on my neighbours property and it had been raining!!!! Good vendor very poor delivery company! Will use ebayer but will ask for different courier!

The return process was trouble-free, and funds were refunded promptly. I recommend this company. I used them before, and that's why I purchased from them again.

Communication was excellent throughout. The shoe rack is only very lightweight (as you would expect for the price) but it looks ok. Despite the slight hiccup, I would buy from this seller again and recommend them, due to their excellent customer service.
