The replacement laptop, when it arrived, was absolutely fine and decent value for money. PCRenewed proved to be a reliable seller

Questions were answered super-quickly, and even my somewhat awkward delivery/shipping requirements (due to some personal travel ) were met without any issue. The laptop was so securely packaged I think it could have survived being dropped from a building,. The device itself is virtually spotless and just as described. It arrived well packaged and like new, I think only I would know it was reconditioned. Throughout the whole selection process they made, to me a headache buy into a really easy process. I was given options and selected the one I purchased from these, which I was directed via the item number. I cannot thank nor praise these guys enough. No hesitation to recomend.
