They offered to send me alternative colours and other watch designs to choose from. I chose new watches from the list shared and they were delivered promptly and were of great quality. I’ve only just realised they also cost more than my original order however the seller didn’t charge me the price difference. Had excellent communication from the seller who informed me promptly.They did their very best to help. Contacting their supplier and suggesting an alternative for me. ( it was a very specific tartan i needed). A refund was organised within hours with no problem. Extremely helpful company, brilliant customer service..Will definitely use them again. Highly recommend, on customer service alone
