    Never received item after nearly 4 weeks, no response from seller to inquiries. Hoping seller is not incapacitated or otherwise unable to respond since prior feedback looked good. eBay refunded. Did not want to leave negative feedback in case of a situation like above, but obviously can't leave positive when I never received the item or a word of interaction. Hope all is ok.
