The seller responded promptly to my correspondence about the teapot's arrival condition. The seller was very kind and refunded my money. We are now waiting on USPS to pay the seller the insurance money on the package. Unfortunately, the payment of the insurance is taking waaay longer than the seller's refund to me. I WOULD DEFINITELY buy from this seller again!!! The teapot's "injury" was not the seller's fault.Tulip Teapot with Bumblebee on Lid (#174718177704)
