It did concern me a little that no licence key for the Windows operating system was evident inside or outside the desktop case, however this was resolved as follows: According to Google, to get the licence key enter CMD in the command line then enter the following command: wmic path softwarelicensingservice get OA3xOriginalProductKey Make a note of it in case you ever need it. It worked for me.
