I contacted the seller to notify them. They asked for the packaging and the item. I sent them EVERYTHING I received (which was only 1 tube) and the packing it came in. I heard nothing back for a day so I messaged them again and I was told “their records show 2 items were shipped and 2 items were received.” it was supposed to be in the same package and it was sent by USPS to my mailbox.
