I even offered additional assistance with data recovery beyond what was required. Despite this, you chose to leave negative feedback. It unfairly damages my reputation and misrepresent situation.

I purchased the repair service, shipped the item to the seller and got a lightning fast turn around and shipped back to me. It took me a couple weeks to be able to re install my item but once I did it worked perfectly again. A repair was the only solution due to the age of my item and not being able to get a new replacement. Very reasonable price.
