Their team sent out a personalized email notification letting me know they received my order then followed it up with a second email letting me know it had shipped.     Product was as said and in new condition, quality and appearance where new condition value was way to high for the time it took to ship to me it took over a week and item said 2-4 days, but will give seller the benefit of the doubt because UPS said it had the issue recommended a different shipper. Customer service was prompt but not receptive to any kind of help.
