It is maybe 10 to 15lbs lighter than stock. It is 2" 1/4 from end to end, and the stock one is 1" 3/4 at the start and the muffler tubes are 1" 1/2. So a certain hp gain, and a much better gas flow. I paid 380$ Cad with shipping! While the big brands are at least 1300$ Cad. This exhaust is really the best you can buy for your Rx8
