The seller blamed it on my postman, asking if he stepped on it. She responded by telling me she already tossed it, she wasn't pulling it out, to take pics. I'm sorry it was damage. if i received a damaged item i WOULD take pics. Just be clear the toothpaste was in a box, bubble wrapped, then put a used bubble bag around that, then placed it in a new bubble bag. I pack my items very well.
