There was an issue with my 1st order, but I contacted the seller through ebay and it was resolved to my 200% satisfaction. There's no way to do business without an occasional hiccup, but I'm never upset unless it doesn't get resolved or becomes a huge hassle. In this case the seller replied within minutes, understood the issue and immediately provided a tracking number for the replacement. I'm impressed. A++ seller
