Ardour US was fast getting the item shipped and scheduled to arrive in 3 days (10/15). Unfortunately, USPS is not as fast as Ardour, thus it wasn't delivered until 10/18, due to mishandling by USPS. The whip is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. It's sturdy and of very high quality/craftmanship. It's stiff but will soften as it is used. The crack is awesome sounding and took a few tries to perfect, but wow!

I had ordered one from them but the package was lost, probably due to the carelessness of our post office service. I waited a few weeks for my package to arrive but it didn't come. So I notified Ardour Crafts and they got back to me quickly. They immediately sent me another and it arrived within a few days.
