It is a very nice looking well made pillow. I used it for the first time last night. This pillow provides really good support to the back of the head during back sleeping. It really felt great while side sleeping. I am confident that after using this pillow for several nights, the benefits will increase... This pillow represents great value. I replaced a new tempur pedic contour pillow small profile that I did not like. This pillow has been great as back sleeper and side sleeper sometimes. I have not had any problems with my neck. Feeling better than before I bought this pillow. Recommended.

Unfortunately, the Postal Service shipped it to the wrong Alaska town and it took much longer than it should have to get here. This was no fault of the seller and I give the seller five stars. Item was well packaged and arrived as advertised.

BUT the best part is that the seller informed me that the processor was not completely as described and warned me of this situation. i would have mis-ordered it in the first place but caught the CPU mis-ID when the seller contacted me about the other issue. Exceptional communication so in the future, I would look to him for any other needed purchases.
