As many of the other feedbacks explain, our area was hit with a major ice storm that caused a massive setback with nearly all USPS and UPS deliveries. With a very high volume of messages and calls we were delayed with updates to some customers. We were able to ship this item the same day it was ordered, it made it to the postal distribution center where it was stuck for 11 days before delivery.

What was a problem is their customer communictions. When I purchased the piece from ebay I realized about an hour later that ebay had sent them the wrong mailing address. I knew I had plenty of leeway time to either alert Nash or ebay. I tried both, no response. OH yeah, try to get a hold of ebay . I still recommend Nash co. , just make sure all your information is correct.
