There was a small issue with the appearance but I contacted the seller who was super responsive and provided great customer service. The item I recieved was in newly painted condition, so it was not sitting on a shelf getting scratched up. It came unfolded in a large protective box and overall I think it was a great value for a painted part for a home repair. This seller offered one that was absolutely perfect! The paint matched the color of my truck perfectly. The bumper was packed very well and the shipping was very quick! I want to state that I did receive the incorrect bumper initially. However, I communicated that to the seller and they were kind enough to send me the correct one without the hassle of returning the incorrect one that I received initially.
