No complaints to the seller whatsoever, but looks like FedEx slid this around in the back of their trucks while they drive 100mph down driveways! Had multiple hole wire right thru the packaging, causing scuffs to the caliper and missing squash rings, 1 of which was laying next to the box on my porch... I hate FedEx for undercutting UPS and getting all of their deliveries. YOU SUCK FedEx!!! You really suck!!!

It was packaged well, in a plastic bubble wrap inside a heavy cardboard box which was wrapped in a plastic envelope. The latch fit exactly as described and fixed my car's issue on the driver's side door not latching. The vendor contacted me via email after the latch was delivered wanting to know if I was satisfied with the item. I am very satisfied. The price was excellent.
