Didn't affect my snoring in the slightest but I'm trying different products to see if anything works and this was just the first! Item arrived as described and in good time!

I wish they were slightly softer and possibly longer. The small ones work OK for when I am sleeping. The larger ones I prefer for during exercise. But they can get pushed out as my nose contracts. They definitely help and for the price are worth trying if you are struggling with nose breathing.

I did have to cut them down to make them fit and they are more plastic than silicon, but they're certainly okay for four quid.
