It arrived great and in tact, but the product itself is very flimsy and cheaply-made. It's very small in size and doesn't hold up my Apple 15" laptop well either. Don't cate for this laptop stand at all.

I took a heat gun and bent the ends more and got it to work. This is good for a notebook or tablet but not for a 3-4 lb laptop.
