The built-in screen protector is too thick for the fingerprint sensor to work. I tear off the built-in screen protector and put my own plastic stick on screen protector. Price could be cheaper considering they don't sell this phone anymore.

That said I came undamaged. About the seller, they sent the wrong size case got in touch with the seller send him some pictures and no problem they were very played about the whole thing and they sent me the other one told me to keep that one because I didn't have to send it back. If I need anything else in the future and they're still around I will buy it from them because their trustworthy.
