I called eBay and they said they would contact you about this or how to fix it somehow I refurbished an echoplex unit and I'm supposed to give it to the new buyer by Thursday so I don't know what to do I really need the badge... Normally the envelope will arrive later the same day in your regular mail and sometimes the following day. It does cause some confusion but 99% of the time a little patience with the USPS is all that is needed.

As far as the quality of the product, they are 2nd to none. Always a very professional job with the packing and shipping going the extra mile to insure your order arrives undamaged. If only all sellers on eBay had as much integrity as Audio TagsIowa !
