This collar has a nice weight, it is not flimsy like the ones made of silicone (ie. it actually holds the cape down and out of the way), and it fits around most necks. It is not an exact match, but it is the closest one that I have found so far. Overall, I am pleased. Thank you.

Items were securely packaged and quickly shipped. Seller does not accept returns, which would be more trouble and money than it's worth. At least the brushes are usable.
