They are new and not rebuilt and as such the price is very hard to beat. The quality appears to be top notch and looks to have a bright plating of some type to prevent rust. I’m hoping they fit and function as well as they look. I’m waiting for related parts to arrive before installation. I Highly Recommend both Seller and Product! Their Communication was Excellent!!! The latch fit exactly as described and fixed my car's issue on the driver's side door not latching. The vendor contacted me via email after the latch was delivered wanting to know if I was satisfied with the item. I am very satisfied. The price was excellent.
