Sometime the size can be off and we miss it. Customer was sent the size they ordered but we would like to correct the problem. We do offer a 30 day return for cases such as this or if someone simply doesn't like the item they received for any reason.

It's not their fault what happens during shipping. This is a great seller. Their integrity showed in every aspect of this situation. Great sellers who's word carries merit are hard to find, here's one.
