Need x6 AA batteries but so far have lasted well and have been used for several hours over xmas, flickering away below the Christmas tree with no fear of it being set on fire. Look pretty realistic from a distance.

I contacted the seller, whom kindly offered a very reasonable discount considering it was not really their fault in this circumstance, to save postage of the item back and all the hassle (and probably a negative review). I was impressed how quickly the matter was resolved to my satisfaction with no quibble. Great service. And partial refund made promptly too. I’d obviously have preferred no damage.
