Actual look pedals spin freely making clipping in easy. These pedals have a lot of resistance in them which might impact feel and longevity. I got these pedals for GF to start cycling, so they will work and even if they only last a few seasons, will be good enough for her to see if she wants to invest in nicer ones.

Once they verified that I was indeed sent the wrong item, they shipped the correct one and a return label.
