My printer is brand new only ink i've used in it all the colors print out good except for the black when I ran a test page all colors printed out correct but on dtf the black isn't printing out not happy at all

Unfortunately, the printhead was defective, but this is not the fault of the seller. Seller made a good faith effort to sell a product that I needed. Seller cannot control the quality assurance from those who manufacture or refurbish. Seller reimbursed all payment in quick fashion. I understood prior to transaction that not all products are guaranteed to work. Good seller!
