They definitely have some of the higher quality refurbished printer products on the used market. One thing I really like is they take the time to safely package their items, which is a huge deal considering how rough shipping lanes can be. Products are always very clean as well. Every now and then there is a hiccup on a possible defect but they have always helped me find a resolution.

The printer otherwise looked very nice, and clean. The seller was extremely, nice and helpful with the return of the printer. A seamless return, thank you so much.
