I have plantar faciitis in both feet and it's much worse in my left foot. So, I bought one shoe for my left foot. This shoe is helping support my arch and ankle when I walk. The only negative thing about it is that the shoe sizing chart is wrong. I wear a size women's 8 shoe and the chart indicates that I need this shoe in a small. However, I actually need it in a size medium. The small is a little too short.
