In this case Royal Mail chose to take over a week to deliver a parcel - not the sellers fault at all. When the seller was contacted (just before the delivery) he took responsibilty right away by contacting me by phone and reassuring me that I would receive a positive outcome. The products themselves are of excellent quality, great value, and arrived in excellent condition. I can't priase the seller enough - A+++++
