Mine seemed new (soles completely un-worn) although some evidence of scuffing due to storage.I would advise though ordering one or two shoe sizes larger than you normally wear (if you intend wearing walking boots underneath). An un-expected bonus, these were originally German NBC (nuclear, biological, chemical) overboots so, you can feel safe in the knowledge that your feet will survive World War 3......

The item I purchased was sent promptly and well packed and I was kept updated regarding delivery etc, the transaction was very smooth and easy. Unfortunately my hubby discovered a fault with the item (not the sellers fault it was brand new and boxed), when I sent a message enquiring about returning it for replacement I was offered a replacement straight away without having to return the faulty one.
