Not only did the shipping take 3.5 weeks, every single piece of the kit required additional custom fabrication and modification. If I was not a fabricator this kit would have been literally impossible for an average joe to install. I’ve purchase other Nat. Gas conversion kits from other companies and never had any problems. Whoever designed the components that are included in this kit is a complete hack for a technician. What was a problem is their customer communictions. When I purchased the piece from ebay I realized about an hour later that ebay had sent them the wrong mailing address. I knew I had plenty of leeway time to either alert Nash or ebay. I tried both, no response. OH yeah, try to get a hold of ebay . I still recommend Nash co. , just make sure all your information is correct.
