Label did not have my name on. Found parcel left outside neighbours flat who was not in so clearly not signed for even though dhl say it was signed for. Very poor delivery. Checked item all there but not tried it yet.

Avesta UK were excellent in keeping in contact with me,we both tried several ways of trying to get the DVR to work, but it seemed that there was a fault with the DVR, NO reflection at all on Avesta, things can get damaged , etc in transport and shipping. Avesta uk refunded the purchase cost and I WILL be going back to them .
