That can be a failure on the Printer so, can't tell if the print head is bad but it's not new. I took the back boad off and the springs had a little green on them and the gold chips were showing usage. This is not new and if it's refurbished, not a really good job on cleaning it. I trashed the printer and just bought a new one.

Unfortunately, the printhead was defective, but this is not the fault of the seller. Seller made a good faith effort to sell a product that I needed. Seller cannot control the quality assurance from those who manufacture or refurbish. Seller reimbursed all payment in quick fashion.
