As this was a small change transaction the botheration of returning them was unjustifiable IMHO so I kept them as they are just about useable and useful but recommended that vendor revises the eBay description. Delivery time and packaging good.

Not arrived by this date, seller advised and immediatley gave me a refund. Would have no hesitation in dealing with this seller in thr future.
