They reached out to me when they realised there was a delivery problem and sent a replacement, which thankfully arrived (a bit early but that's Royal Mail's fault). Big thanks to Claudia and her great support. Would highly recommend this seller. A warning for the product, the base that holds the rings are glued! The rings aren't though and are easy to pull out (gently obviously). Bad design by the original designers (not seller).
