While they do not glow in the dark, they are highly visible in low light. Had to get creative with a few stickers and cut and trim a few to fit them correctly, and avoid covering the symbols of the function keys. Installed on a Dell Laptop without backlighting and it makes a huge difference. Pic was taken in a dark room with only screen lighting. Highly Recommended!
