Condition is old and worn because its very old. The appearance is as described. Seller was very nice and friendly. I will buy from the seller again. Magazine was properly sleeved and in a waterproof outer envelope which was very good but it needed more cardboard support inside to keep it from bending. Made this suggestion to vendor for future reference who seemed receptive.
