Not the sellers fault as it looked like the package had been attacked by a bear. They sent me out a replacement plier set by priority post. Wasn’t their fault but they dealt with the issue professionally and with zero fuss,. Perfect customer service. The hog rings and pliers and good for the price aswell

I give negative feedback to the useless courier Evri who finally delivered my parcel today after saying they had delivered it on several occasions previously. In future before buying items off ebay, I will ask the seller which courier service they use, and if it's Evri, I will buy from someone else. Sellers need to stop using EVRI.
