The addition of a comprehensive fitting kit and instructions (including DVD) definitely add value. If you’re buying for a high end guitar, the extra investment does make sense.

The packaging is recyclable (I think even compostable) but items could fit in less. I didn't manage to use it for the job I hoped but it seems durable and good quality. I like the feel of the handle. Seems like good value for money although time will tell. Overall, very happy, keep up the good job! Use slowly and each of the blades will last well - it usually only take a couple of passes per fret and so its also quite quick. We sell the replacement abrasive parts so you get to save money as the handle does not have to be re bought - if you wear out a blade. The packaging is biodegradable - which is expensive but we try to do our best to help the planet. Many Thanks,Chris
