We mistakenly sent what is considered the newest version of this valve that is all brass instead the older style which was aluminum and has been discontinued, a full refund was issued.

What was a problem is their customer communictions. When I purchased the piece from ebay I realized about an hour later that ebay had sent them the wrong mailing address. I knew I had plenty of leeway time to either alert Nash or ebay. I tried both, no response. OH yeah, try to get a hold of ebay . I still recommend Nash co. , just make sure all your information is correct.
