The item was packaged safely for freight delivery and was in great condition, as described. There wasn't a power cord included, but thankfully it only took a common 120 V 3-prong cord. Seller went out of their way to source a fuse and ensure the unit worked well prior to shipping. Would gladly consider purchasing from Lakeside again! Thanks!

There was a slight discrepancy in the number of forks ( salad versus dinner) as described in the listing but I reached out to the seller who immediately found replacements to correct and sent them to me. The packaging was perfect for the order and the order arrived promptly. Due to some technical complications of how these work, and a unique setup I was running, I did need to communicate with the seller directly to ensure we got the right setup when I ordered, and they were so incredibly helpful in working with me to ensure we got the correct transmitter and receiver combination for my unique setup, they definitely didn't even need to be that helpful. I would definitely recommend buying from Lakeside Liqu
