    Vendor response to my initial inquiry was quick and courteous. The out-of-print book that I ordered was promptly shipped, along with a tracking number. I received the book today, although it is a used book, it is in excellent condition, no stains or aged odors as can happen with old items. The vendor packaged the book so well that I was able to wrap it for Christmas without changing anything. Really great experience. I look forward to shopping with this vendor in the future.
