    Amazing!! I’m so happy about this transaction. The item purchased was in the exact condition portrayed during the listing. Price was fair; delivery was fairly quick and it wasn’t at an additional cost as many other sellers want to roll. No to forget the way this thing was packed; just by seeing the way it had been carefully wrapped prior to delivery I knew the item was previously owned by a careful/grateful owner. Would definitely recommend, and yes I would totally buy from this vendor again.

    Listed as “like new” and “open box,” but arrived with coffee grounds, milk residue, scratches, and a broken hinge insert—clear signs of prior use. Should have been listed as “used” per eBay policy. Seller said it was a wedding gift extra, but the condition didn’t match. Responded at first, but became defensive and stopped replying. Machine works, but listing was misleading. Ask for photos or clarification if buying from this seller.

    Listed at $350 as open box—buyer negotiated to $300 (plus shipping), far below market. Recent sold prices: open box avg $496, pre-owned avg $387. Machine was fully tested, cleaned, and shipped in original box. I never stopped responding—sent multiple messages asking what refund they'd like. I wasn’t aware of the damaged part, but I’m still willing to offer a further discount if they’ll revise the feedback.
