    I would like to say I had a problem with my tracking and they marked my item delivered before I receive my item and this seller got right on it and was resolving my issue.     Capacitors are brand new shipped very well inside of a sealed package. The items seem to be of high quality and are clean and shipped inside of a new package. They are worth the value for the price that I paid for them. Every capacitor appears to be in very good condition with no problems. Communication was very good, and the items arrived as suggested. The order appears to be of high quality and appearance be shipped with care.
