Apparently package was not given to carrier. I asked the seller what the reason was. He gave a weird reason that EPSON (????) messed up. Cancelled the order and refunded my money. Now he offers me the cd again. Why not just send me another copy of the cd? Don't lie and tell that I cancelled the order.
