Upon contacting the seller I received a very prompt reply, within 15 minutes! They apologized and offered a generous partial refund since I still wanted to keep the manual. The refund was quick as well. I didn't get everything I wanted and still recommend this seller.

And when looking at the tracking history, the item was in the possession of the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE GROUND SERVICE that actually rerouted the package to the same state and city twice!!!!! I CAN NOT BLAME THE SELLER FOR THAT!!!! The important thing is it arrived in perfect condition and was packaged very well. The item was described perfectly!!
