They agreed that I ordered the wrong item and right away they sent out the right part and now I'm waiting on it to arrive and send the wrong part back to them. Unfortunately, I could not get it to run. When I contacted the seller, they almost immediately provided me with a return label and sent out a replacement saw. I have yet to receive the replacement saw yet, due to arrive on Monday. I contacted this seller and received nothing but the best service which is second to none. I stayed in contact with their customer service to get the item shipped back and a replacement on the way. Neotec has great products and even better customer service. I would recommend neotec to anyone thinking about buying one of their saws.
