The grip had a small piece missing that was not in any pictures & the piece wasn’t in the box. Of course: no returns! They stated “playable grip” but didn’t mention the missing piece (see picture below). If I saw the missing piece in the grip I would have reconsidered but it wasn’t disclosed. The positive was: outstanding communication. They helped me cancel one purchase when I ordered two of the same items.
