Not the greatest communication, when the item was around two weeks overdue I contacted them and we had a few emails between us, they were supposed to email me back with an update which they never did. However, after contacting seller and sending a requested picture of the shipping label (presumably with the shipping weight listed), the seller confirmed that only one cable was sent, and quickly sent the second cable which arrived a few days later.
